Description :	Plaque d'argent (ciselée au mat) sur la face ; corps en bois peint constitué d'une plaque bois découpée, ajourée d'une cavité destinée au revers à recevoir un médaillon ovale en argent, fixée à un socle en bois doré au moyen d'une béquille. Croix grecque constituée de feuilles d'acanthe en couronnement ; croix aux extrémités ornées de chérubins et au socle environné d'une nuée sur les deux faces du médaillon.
