Précision_sur la representation :	Le tableau présente la Vierge Marie soutenue par les anges montant au ciel au-dessus d'un tombeau ouvert d'où dépassent différentes fleurs. Un paysage naturel avec la représentation d'un château (ou d'une ville fortifiée) se déroule dans le fond du tableau. Le tableau de l'Assomption est encadré dans un retable présentant deux colonnes corinthiennes cannelées.
